We do have a strict 24 hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel, change or reschedule an existing reservation we ask that you do so prior to 24 hours to avoid being charged for the services scheduled. Please understand we reserve that time especially for you and it is hard to accommodate other guests without proper notice.
Please be on time. A late arrival may result in shortened services or rescheduling for another time.
We love children but it is not a safe environment for them unless they are receiving services.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the haircare products that your stylist recommended for you, you may exchange them within 10 days of purchase.

Here at grit and grace we take pride in every guest we touch. If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your services we would love the opportunity to make it perfect for you.
Please contact us within 5 days of your original service and we will take the necessary measures to amend any issues.
