Our salon offers six levels of pricing to guests. We refer to the demographics of our community to set pricing. Employees are placed in levels based on the demand of their time. This ensures that each service provider earns promotions through guest retention, hence strategically aligning our service provider’s goals with the company’s goals.
We believe in quality of life, so we designed an innovative work schedule to accommodate our employees’ physical and emotional well-being. It’s called smart scheduling. Full-time is 32.5 hours and we schedule our employees on five 6.5-hour shifts. We believe that working 6.5-hour shifts promotes a healthier work-lifestyle.

Our Associate Program is a comprehensive hands-on experience that provides training in the areas of technical skills, guest handling and business building. Our Associates work with one dedicated service provider to grow into a career hairdresser. Like our service providers, our Associate Program has a performance based level system. There are 4 levels. Each level has specific skill sets that are the focus of training for that level only. With each level jump there is a raise in hourly wage and the opportunity to move up to the next level.
The salon provides an environment for growth, learning and support. • Perform facials, advanced skincare treatments, and brow/lash services
• Conduct detailed skin consultations and treatment plans
• Educate clients on skincare routines and retail products
